I have "tight teeth" which means there is no space between most of my teeth making flossing difficult as most floss breaks and breaks . Listerine Ultraclean is the only one I've used that holds well and slides easily between teeth. After I put the cap on, my clenched teeth problem got worse and the loose teeth could get stuck on that tooth. My dentist advised me to pull the floss up to my gums and then pull it out rather than trying to put it back between my teeth. It kinda worked but it also got stuck a lot and as a result I used less floss until I found Listerine Ultraclean which never got stuck in the 1+ year I've been using it. If you have narrow teeth this is by far the best dental floss I have found.
