Review on 🍳 Discover Staub Ceramic Bakeware 4 Pc Dark: Premium Quality for Perfect Baking Results by Craig Rossman

I ordered several sets of bakeware only to find that they were only rated oven safe up to 350 or 400F so I was glad to see that they available with oven safe temperatures in excess of 500F. This is excellent quality cookware - it is VERY heavy, durable and a pleasure to look at. I have bought products from Staub in the past and have been happy with them and they are just as good. They're easy to peel—even baked potatoes are easy to soak and peel. The bowls are good, but they're so heavy I don't reach for them as often as I thought I would. If they had lids like my Corningware cookware, I could, but since they're only medium-sized, very heavy bowls, I just don't use them. I've used them for serving a few times because the happy red color makes me smile, but the lids would definitely make them healthier (to be honest, I think every large bowl should have a lid, but I am) . I'm not sure if they're really worth closet space. I would of course order these bakeware again, but I'd skip the bowls if they didn't add lids (but I don't often serve family style, so if you do you might find this a great addition to your table). Very good casserole dish, no complaints. Fwiw, they are made in Vietnam.
