This is a pretty good product.
I've had it for about a week. I've also tried taking a shower and it seems to work even when wet. When my head starts to hurt, I use it every now and then too. It is very pleasant, like a head massage. My wife also used it on her neck and she said it was really beautiful. You can massage anywhere you feel uncomfortable, which is why I recommend this product.
