The WiFi extender arrived on time and was nicely packaged in a box with a network cable. I set it up on my phone which was easy, then I took it to another room where my TV was and set up a wired connection with a LAN cable. I ran the AT&T Internet Speed test and found that the speed has really improved! I would recommend it. Update August 26, 2021: The day after I wrote my last 5-star review, I experienced occasional freezes when streaming HBO Max. I asked the company for support and they got back to me with some solutions. Once the issue is fully resolved I will update my review. Update September 29, 2021: The company's customer service representative worked hard to resolve my issue. I rated it and upgraded it to 5 stars.
