Such a disappointment. After hearing and reading all the great reviews, this doorbell is as substandard as it gets. There is no contrast or brightness adjustment for the application or the computer. In fact, the laptop image is so grainy, distorted, and shoddy that you can barely make out the images. The only thing that can compete with the inferiority of this product is the customer service. On the third call after the double disconnect, the support agent had no knowledge of the product or its capabilities. I called to sign up for their monthly recording service, but seeing how pathetic the customer service was and not knowing the details of their products, I started asking more questions about the camera settings. After an inordinately long wait (several times), the representative still had no replies and just wanted to sign me up for a subscription. Eventually, after learning that there were no customization options for the cameras, I told him I would be returning the item and he acted like he didn't care. Do not believe me? Try it yourself and see how you like it. Better yet, don't even waste your time. I don't normally respond with a negative review, but this product is worth your time.
