With all the reviews saying the item was empty I thought mine was empty too. You need to pump it at least 20-30 times before you get the product. it even seems empty, NOT BEING. I have received at least 10 uses of the duo, you should use it as directed. It's a great product, $29 is a very fair price for a $200 skincare line.
