These monitor arms are amazing! Bought the updated 2016 model. I replaced my old monitor arms (same brand but different model) with these. I needed a higher pole. Each of my monitors is 27 inches. There are screws on the back of each monitor mount that allow you to adjust the height of the monitor so that adjacent monitors are flush with each other. The brackets used to mount each monitor are independent of the overall design. Brackets so I can easily remove the entire monitor and adjust the height of each arm or the position of the entire unit without unscrewing the monitors from the arm. The old model could only be inserted into pre-drilled holes, with the new model I can just put the organizers where I want.
