Review on Microsoft R05 00001 Wireless Desktop by Shane Yay

I bought this item despite the generally bad reviews. It works exactly as promised. The mouse isn't the best in design - it doesn't quite fit my hand - but the extra buttons are great (although I doubt everyone will use them). It's also a bit heavier than a traditional mouse, but not so much that it bothers me. The keyboard is fantastic - it's quiet and the keyboard shortcuts are very comfortable. The palm rest keeps my wrists from hurting. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I hadn't seen it in my gold box, but I'm glad I did.
