I bought this product in June 2019 and it stopped working in less than two months in August 2019. for use when I travel to work, but one morning it just stopped working. I was on my way to work and didn't get a chance to charge my computer! I thought maybe something was wrong with the outlet I was using, so I tried multiple outlets and other MacBook Pros, but the problem was with the device itself. I contacted Revain, who provide customer support for Innergie, and after I got it After chatting with a Revain representative for 15 minutes about the product, she told me to call Innergie. What a waste of time! I know how to summon Innergi. I don't need Revane wasting my time telling me to call Innergi. Scarce but expensive product and disappointing customer service. Don't waste your money on this product.
