The issues I have is that there is an delayed affect echo with the audio. Also the cord is so short makes it difficult to set up

I just got this today, plug it in and it works great. But as soon as I use it in a Zoom meeting everyone is tell me there is a hight pitched ringing or feedback. How can i fix it? Or I will have to return.

I rarely write reviews, but this gem made me want to leave one. I needed a webcam for the new work from home situation.This camera surprised me, frankly. It’s crystal clear, no setup required, and reached me within 24 hours of ordering. For the price, especially compared to the big brand names, this thing can’t be beat.

Was a little clunky on starting up with my mac- sometimes would not be available from menu of VC apps, sometimes it would be, not sure why it wasn't always available. Also, was not easy to turn on or off, would be nice if there was a better interface with MAC OS

Tracking is terrible.never updated when it left China. instead it said your package may be lost. Surprisingly I received it a month after ordering. BUT, the microphone does not work! I needed this for my son's schoolwork online and it is useless to us!

I bought it as a gift to my best friend. She loves it very much. She said that it meet all her satisfactions. Besides, the logistics is fast.

The camera is great for the price. The microphone, not so much. I'm having purchase an additional USB mic because so many people complained about the muffled sound.

This is a cheap knock off camera, beware. Ordered 14 for a business, opened a few and they all had the same issue.Poor video quality and a weird clicking noise in the audio whenever someone spoke. Price was too good to be true.

The cord that comes with this product is too short if you want the pc under the desk and the camera on top of the monitor on the desk.Picture quality is just OK and i seem to appear a little dark on Zoom calls

I cannot recommend this webcam. It looks like a webcam, but if you need something to actually work, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. As soon as I got it I attempted to use it and was informed that there were no drivers to be found for it. It's a fairly good camera for viewing (while it's working). The microphone for it is muddled, so not ideal to use for web meetings or recordings. People can hear you, but say it sounds like I'm talking through cardboard. But my biggest issue with it is that I constantly have to unplug it from (any) USB port and plug it back in, as it doesn't see to stay connected. I really like my new Amcrest webcam. I replaced a Logitech that had 720p resolution and the Amcrest has great picture and audio quality. I am using it on a Mac with Zoom and Teams and it works great with both of those software packages. I can adjust the audio and video settings to my liking and people are hearing and seeing me great. I have a brand new HP laptop with Windows 10 and this camera will not connect to it when its plugged in via USB cable. There is no software for the camera so it is impossible to update. This camera was a huge waste of money and I highly recommend not purchasing it.
