Great picture. Easy to set up. Just took a long tome to arrive. Shipped in one day took a month to get here. That's my feedback!

Used for zoom calls at work, constant issues with glitches to camera and needing to restart my computer. Not easy to mount on a monitor for a standard PC. Would not recommend.

Don't waste your time. I ordered this because I couldn't find a Logitech one. it's horrible. I am going to go steal my good one back from my wife and make her use this one.

Some of the many shortages during the over night work-from-home panic included webcams and office chairs. For most of March through May you couldn't find any webcams anywhere. Finally in June revain must have found some no-name electronics suppliers who got some on the market ahead of companies like Logitech. This was the second such unit I bought. The first one had a defective microphone. So far this one is working well. It gets warmer than I like, and I haven't figured out if the blue light…

This cam has a lot of problems. I have a new laptop and this cam is not plug and play. Although it's billed as such. There is no help and very little instructions. Very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.

I love everything about this camera it is very high quality as far as the video and the pictures if you add a green screen with it it is very good at picking up the chroma key and lighting on it is very very easy to work with

I'm running windows 10 and it does NOT work. There is no software with the camera therefore no driver. Device manager is showing an unknown usb device but I have no driver to install therefore the camera will not work.

See first image for my Facetime camera on Macbook Pro and the second image with the HD Pro Webcam. No comments necessary. The quality is terrible. So confused how people think the video quality is good.Tried to look for how to adjust the settings, but can't find anything. Will be sending back unless I hear from the seller.

The camera is fine, but the sound from the twin microphones is positively terrible. For my purposes, it's unusable, so I have to add an external microphone and use that instead. For someone who doesn't have that option, I think they will get lots of negative comments from people on the other side of their Zoom and Skype meetings.

I bought this and it did not work. Not on my computer or 3 others. Was too much work I went and ordered another one and was much more satisfied. Definitely don't waste your time.

The camera itself works great and the picture is beautiful.However, the clip doesn't work with a laptop (works great on my wife's monitor) so have to use a tripod set up behind the screen.Also find that the mic on the lap top has better sound quality then the cameras.

The picture quality is not good at all. It adds a weird yellow filter on the video. Surprised that this was best seller on revain. Please don't buy

This webcam came to me during the COVID-19 crisis, when I needed one for an assignment. Reasonably priced, and quick delivery. I paid just a bit more than I wanted to, but the easy installation made it worth it.

Camera works great. Unfortunately others tell me it sounds like I’m under water when speaking. Microphone is poor. As I’m using this for business meetings, I’ll need to find another solution. Disappointing.

There is no software to change the camera settings and it came out of the box WITH WAYYYY TOO HIGH CONTRAST. Terrible. Sample image attached. My room does not look like that in real life at all. Returning it right away.

I first plug it on my Windows 10 PC. There's a blue LED light in the front, indicates it is connected. However, the PC cannot recognize the camera at all. I run "Add a device" from Device Manager, but couldn't get the camera registered. If I cannot find a way to let my computer recognize the camera, it has to go back.Also tried my Macbook, and the camera cannot be recoginized.

This product is not worth your money. I ordered one and it worked once - then the mic quit on me. The seller agreed to expedite shipping for a replacement, which was great. Until I plugged it in, it worked once, then the camera quit on me. This product is trash - do not buy!
