Just Hem Curtains

I used the Steam-A-Seam 2 double rod to hem some curtains in the living room as I don't have the patience to sew. This took maybe 20 minutes including pinning where I wanted to hem and ironing the edge. You don't have to sit with the iron over the tape forever, it sticks pretty quickly. All I had to use was a long piece along the top of the hem and a short piece at each end where I folded the fabric. I was nervous that there might be creases where the tape is as it's a lightweight fabric, but that didn't happen. I was too lazy and just folded the original edge 2 times instead of cutting it and worried again, guess'd pay for my laziness and it won't hold, but in fact it turned out and pierced 3 layers of fabric . As said, this is a thinner fabric so it may not work with thicker fabric. I had a lot of stuff left after this "project" and was a little disappointed that I couldn't find anything else to hem in my house! I recommend it to everyone, especially those who don't like to sew. this is a thinner fabric so it may not work with thicker fabric.
