This kit has great potential but the execution is lacking. I bought it to push at the 1996 Grand Prix with a 3.1 liter V6, probably the most common V6 engine family in the world. The medium sized radiator cap included in the kit is clearly designed for this application (size and threads match), but the center piece that fits into the radiator filler neck is oversized. It has an O-ring for sealing. Even with the cap screwed on, it's useless if you can't fit the center piece into the filler neck. It needs to be cut about 1/16 inch from the diameter, which is what I wanted to do with my dremel. Then I tried one of the adapters to test the radiator cap, but found that this one had casting defects (made of cheap metal), I noticed at least two holes, so the pressure doesn't hold at all.. I was disappointed in the kit and i decided to return it. Too bad because most of the kit screams quality. The expansion tank threaded adapters look well assembled, as do those for radiators. Everything about the pump/gauge seems to be well done and I haven't had any issues with the quick couplers. I wish I could get the seller to send me a slightly smaller cap/fitting (like I detailed above) and a radiator cap adapter that isn't pierced because otherwise I'd love to have this kit. But I know what if I just order a replacement, I still can't use it on my 3.1 liter engine I bought for.
