I really really like this. I am a nurse in a medical office. We have company branded t-shirts that we can wear with our scrub pants. I wear this underneath, and I works well for me because I prefer to wear all black. It's just easier, and I don't like to have to think about my work outfits. it's not a date, it work. Lol. It keeps me comfortably warm in such a cold setting. I tried to wear, it once to work out, and I didn't even last 5 minutes. Way too hot. But I am fine just wearing it to work, since I am there so much. It does make my arms look really good. I do wish it wear a bit shorter. It goes just past my elbow -- just -- so it feels like it cuts into me a bit there. But that's nothing a little needle, thread and scissors can't handle.
