I ordered four packs (2 XL Black and 2 XL Color) in June and they arrived quickly. I had a fair amount of ink left in my printer's cartridge, so I haven't used it for quite a while. I installed the color cartridge first and had some trouble getting the printer to accept it, but after following the instructions (clearing the ink portal, etc.) I finally got it working. for some time. Since then I've gone through the very frustrating process of repeatedly cleaning and replacing two cartridges almost every time I try to print something. Once I get it to print after 30 minutes or more, it works perfectly. for this session. but the problem comes back when I try to print again a few days later! My printer keeps saying "Ink cartridges are missing or not recognized". This happens almost EVERY TIME I try to type and it really becomes a huge frustration! I guess it's too late to return them, but I've learned a hard lesson! I was thrilled to find a discount for home printing, but I think I'll be going back to Wal-Mart to pay the high price for an authorized HP product! Very very disappointing!
