I had two pairs that broke in the same place when they were less than a month old. They break at the back where the temples adjust to accommodate a wide or narrow head. I sent back the first pair and they replaced them. I bought a second pair to have when replacing them would be a long time coming. When the second pair broke in exactly the same place, I found a good solution. Purchase a 4-inch piece of 1/4-inch diameter clear vinyl tubing from an auto parts store or major retailer. Pour some soapy water into the tube so that it covers about 1 inch on both sides of the crack. Let your grandchildren try to break them. Mine has now lasted several months with no sign of any problems and the repair is barely noticeable. hope this helps you
