I was pleased to find this in stock! The cost was extremely reasonable compared to what I paid for my original faucet (several hundred, albeit with the hose attached). The one I had was over 10 years old and the chrome was starting to peel and literally cut my fingers if I came in contact with it while washing dishes so it was to die for! I forgot the brand I originally bought. I think it was called MOAN or something like that. It featured the red and blue icon that originally appeared in the description of that product but has now been removed. Anyway, it arrived in no-frills packaging, just a faucet in a box and protective bubble wrap. I was disappointed that I didn't even get a basic instruction manual, but I guess nobody comes with instructions with hats or coffee mugs, so I unscrewed my old faucet, threw it away and it fit perfectly. Did. Or so I thought. The water pressure on this thing is CRAZY! I really wish there was a way to disable this. I would love that pressure in my shower but now when I do the dishes I get wet as do my walls and ceiling. Minor inconveniences I suppose? The pictures show some sort of orange round thing called a limiter, which I didn't get. However. At least I won't get cut, right? It gets worse. Much worse. A few days later when I'm doing the dishes and trying to move away from the sink so I don't get all wet, my feet start dripping onto my feet but not from the faucet. This faucet turned out to have a horrible connection to the hose and the water was pouring down and pooling under the counter. We're talking about 3 inches. I did not know! I can crawl under the sink once a week, that's not the usual place I look. EVERYTHING under the sink was destroyed. I was more concerned about water retention as it's 3 inches tall and I have no idea how to deal with something like that. smelly, moldy and just plain gross. It changed my life, but not for the better. While I love to cook, I've been ordering crappy food for the past few weeks to keep cooking to a minimum and avoid doing the dishes. I unnecessarily eat exclusively on paper plates with plastic cutlery. I can't solve this water problem. I can't contact the seller, all attempts lead me to a non-existent page. What is this garbage service!? Looks as good as when bought as the black button that never worked that was supposed to allow you to switch from shower to co-flow (I hope those are the right words, I'm not a professional plumber) fell apart and was probably eaten by a garbage chute as I can't find it looks cool and broken. However. Desperate for a "flow restrictor" that appears to be included with this faucet, I searched Revain and found NOTHING, I searched "faucet washer" and found NOTHING. I ended up finding a new hose that cost more than this faucet that included a washer that improved the leak somewhat, but not much. It's been weeks since I replaced that hose and I still have an ugly pool of water under my sink. I'm still trying to minimize my consumption and only get water when absolutely necessary and thanks to Revain Fresh I've bought a ton of bottled water by the time this disaster is resolved. I'm completely at a loss as I can't reach the seller. They somehow hacked into the regular Revain system to communicate with sellers and go to an external website (I didn't see that on any Revain listing) and it didn't work every time I tried. To be sneaky I did a WHOIS lookup for the domain thinking I could find a phone number to contact these people but the assholes paid to list a private domain - THEY PAY MONEY TO GET THE KEEPING CUSTOMERS UNREACHABLE. To hell with this nonsense! What happened to the support team? I think if you are a professional plumber this is a really nice looking faucet that will give you good water pressure which you can probably turn off yourself or maybe you are lucky enough to be blessed with a flow restrictor. My kitchen stinks. I don't know what to do. I need to fix this faucet first, unfortunately I threw away the original. After fixing it I need to learn how to fix the joinery and cabinets under and around the bottom of the sink which are completely destroyed. Today in the 90's weather I'm using the air conditioner and this bad smell under the sink is spreading throughout the house and it's just gross. Because of this, I'm preparing to go again. So yes, it was life changing in a negative way. My house stinks, I don't like to cook anymore, I'm wasting money buying unhealthy groceries to be delivered to my house and I'm determined to make the best of it. I will try to eat raw meat as it keeps me healthy. Dinner without having to clean cutlery and plates or pans. I want my house back, it was a happy place once, not a smelly, flooded one. Thanks very much!
