Not really a toner - my new review
While this does seem to clean your skin, it doesn't tone it at all.I do have ultra sensitive skin and this stuff is great for it!No burning at all!Smells good, even after you use it you can still smell it for a while.
- I use this for everything. It helps with puffy eyes, cleaning makeup off, and toner. I love it.
