Crumpled, used 1 time, Crumpled, used 2 times. And this 300w machine is way more powerful than most similar wasted machines (I used carrots and celery) to get the same amount of juice as the centrifugal juicer I've been using for 20 years plus you need 1 carrot or donate half a carrot apple to fill the inside of the machine before it even starts pouring juice. I can't imagine anyone using this machine without getting frustrated. i give it back
