When I first got this headset I thought it was good enough to be worth the money. However, the cheap plastic used in the construction of the headphones quickly tore and broke in several places. I endured this until the main earpiece bracket broke, rendering it unusable. After just four months of use, I filed a warranty claim which was denied due to customer abuse. They only service repair/replacement of Razer Care devices. To alleviate the issue, I ordered the Razer Nari X Wireless Headset, which also had a clip-on earbud. I have many other Razer hardware (Tarterus V2, Ornata Chroma and Naga Trinity) but I will never buy Razer audio hardware again. I upgraded my gaming hardware from Logitech because I like minimizing drivers. I think that means it's time to ditch Razer and look at Corsair or SteelSeries.
