I needed some new office chairs and thought this would be the one. boy was i wrong! I bought two of these in May 2018. A mine for 8-9 hours a day, 5 days a week. The other is for part-time help. 3-5 hours a day, 2-3 days a week. My chair has been worn out for a few months. The other isn't that bad. A WHILE. The back is adjustable. Something like. You can pick it up, but it doesn't stay. It never happened. The seat is so hard that I cannot sit in it for long. The pillow helps a little but lifts me up a little higher so I have to raise my back to be comfortable. Too bad it doesn't stay where I need it. I read some of the reviews before purchasing this chair but ignored the bad ones. It was a big mistake. This chair only lasted me 4-6 months before the fit became unbearable. Now I have to find something else. It was a waste of money!
