Review on ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Black Rode NTG2 Condenser Shotgun Microphone, Multi-Powered by Kim Marshall

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Low weight - highest quality for the price: makes it the undisputed best in its class.

Light and strong. He came with everything. Clip holder for a microphone stand. USB cable for charging. With Sticker.Plus there is the possibility of a 10-year guarantee with proper registration. Cover with zipper. One disadvantage: You have to put the mini-USB in a "blind hole". Although I understand that the cavity protects the mini USB, plugging it in is inconvenient. Because you need to properly match the plug to the socket on the bottom of the XLR connector. But this is the place for such a plug, not a deal breaker to plug in and charge. Then 3 green LEDs 1-2-3 will flash during charging. But what a nice microphone. And not too long unless you need something under 10.94 inches that's just under 11 inches long. The sound quality is also immortal. You basically get a $1,000 mic for about $300. This makes it undoubtedly the best in its class, but be aware that it took me over an hour to charge from my computer's USB port.

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
