The hood in the water is a MUST in our house! First, the fabric is very high quality. Thick but not too hot. We always have a rashguard for the kids but we struggled with a tight neck when we took it off. The zipper is smooth, making it easy for little ones to get dressed. But the hood takes the cake! The thought of not having to worry about my little fella burning his neck and ears is a game changer. He likes to wear it while swimming and clips his goggles over the hood so it stays in place and it's very easy to spot in a crowded pool. I cannot recommend this product enough.
