Three shirts did not match. Two of the three worked, one was too small. Look at the pictures with matching sizes, you can see both have the same tag, the size is very large, but the shirt on the left for the FBI puppy detective is much larger than the security shirt. That's all from three packs of shirts of the same size. We chose the extra large because the reviews and sizing guide said that if you're between sizes, go for the larger size. Great advice as two of the three shirts work although the third shirt was inconsistent in size. The material is a slightly elastic jersey. The seams on the seams are of very good quality.
