It won't work if you are very thin.

I am the smallest size and it was too big for even the smallest neckline. Now I'm a size 0-2 depending on the brand, so that might be fine for most people, but if you're skinny like me and really need a belt to hold up your pants and not just look cute, this is it not the ones you want to get. I tried to poke a hole to fit it but the strap is so flimsy it looked like crap and I just gave up. This is not for you skinny chicks.
