I was happy with this product until it started falling apart at the seams. I'm a small person, 5'4", 125 pounds, and the running belt shouldn't have come loose at all! I've used it less than 5 times in the months I've had it. I wanted this running belt mostly during I use it for running during the summer season but now I understand it might not even last in the spring.On the plus side the strap doesn't move when I run.I run 5k and 4 miles so don't know how good this is for longer ones Runs hold up. But I know I prefer straps that stay in place while I run. I've only used this running belt to carry my phone and keys, so it really shouldn't fall apart in places I've never worn items I will buy another belt from another seller with a 100% guarantee to make sure this running belt will work better.
