I buy this tool for tiny micro JST connectors. I have 2 other iWiss tools that fit Dupont cables and JST xh 2.54mm connectors. I wanted one for less than 2.0mm JST ph. This tool works with JST Ph 2.00mm connectors. Haven't tried the 1.0mm connectors yet, but hopefully that will work. I can neither confirm nor deny it. The effect on the tool is smooth. It doesn't have the confusing controls that other instruments have. I like the new ratchet design. It takes a little getting used to, but the design seems better. Laser engraving is a little lame. The contrasting black finish and oil on the instrument make it difficult to see. You should consider upgrading the pickling process. I tried to clean it up a bit and all it did was make the etch less noticeable. A little inconvenient if you don't use the tool every day and want to see the graph on the tool. I'll probably have to put a sticker or something on it as this chart will probably be gone in a few months.
