Works well but the straps get in the way
I don't mind using the mask for training but the straps that hold the ear loops get in the way and can't be removed. I can breathe normally when exercising or walking, but not when jogging or running. Putting ear loops (whatever they're called) around your ear is also a bit annoying as they don't stretch. You are cozy.
