Probably just a preference but I don't like the silicone jacket on this cable. It's almost too loose when you work with it. More rope than wire. It doesn't hold its shape well, so soldering can be a nuisance. However, there is nothing wrong with Litze itself. It's easy to preserve. It works like any other stranded wire I've used over the years. No problems with anything I've used it for so far. I guess I just prefer PVC over silicone.
