Review on Sharpening KERYE Professional Whetstone Flattening by Davey Kamau

This was the first whetstone I bought to sharpen knives and I was really impressed with how much it had. There are 4 different grinding grids, plus a leather strip and a stone for aligning the whetstones. I had never sharpened a knife on a whetstone before, and I was nervous because I might screw up the corner and screw up my knives. This is where my favorite part of this product comes in - ANGLE GUARD. A small clip you attach to the back of a knife to guide sharpening so you get a consistent 18° contact angle with the stone every time. Very helpful for newbies like me. I am very happy with this product and can't wait to start sharpening all my old dull knives.
