I bought this to replace my previous neck support pillow which I unfortunately forgot at the hotel on recent trips. The brand I originally owned no longer makes the style I had, so I looked for an alternative. It was described as similar, with hard memory foam and one side higher than the other. What I received was not what is pictured. The pillow was very flimsy and flimsy. There was no significant difference between one side and the other, and the entire pillow failed to fill nearly half the envelope around it. An "extra" bottom was included, but it was still flatter than a cheap regular pillow. This pillow is not as advertised and will not provide good support for your neck and head if you are looking for a true neck support pillow.
