Rust spots on metal frame and screw holes drilled crookedly
Definitely not worth the price. Something new shouldn't have chipped paint or rust spots right out of the box. I'll have to take it apart, paint the metal frame and try to re-drill the holes so they're straight. I would expect this quality if the item was $12-13 instead of $30+.
