Doesn't work with my Wacom Cintiq

I bought it to connect my Wacom Cintiq 20WSX (DVI and USB) circa 2007 (DVI and USB) to my new 13" MacBook Pro via Thunderbolt 3. Despite some Restarts/connects and disconnects the Cintiq only displays an image for about 5 seconds before disappearing when used with this hub.Very disappointing considering there aren't many dongles that meet all of the above requirements , let alone how expensive they can get So play around!
