We were very happy about the delivery by post. My daughter opened it and loved it, but after looking at it with sadness we give it back. As other customers have said the shoes are worn on top and I looked at the bottom and the shoes were clearly used. There are dirty spots on the bottom. On the inside, too, the branded "emblem” or tag on the insole has been almost completely erased. All of this indicated that these shoes were clearly worn. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Also, I didn't receive the photos because I had already wrapped them up to send them back tomorrow.
