I break it down for anyone who isn't already well-versed on the topic: On 8/7/2022, I spent $9399 on a gray MX Master 3 manipulator (mouse) from one of the MVideo salons. After making the purchase, I made that the mouse was functional and in good cosmetic shape by scrolling up and down the vertical scroll wheel as expected; I did not examine the wheel's side planes. Yesterday, when I was scrolling this wheel, I came across two really ugly shells on the left plane, both of which appeared, I suspect, during production. Furthermore, I did not consider the possibility of mechanical damage on such a costly gadget at first. The mood of the manipulator has definitely declined due to the frequent flickering of these shells caused by the rotation of the wheel. The gadget is pricey, so it's important that it works perfectly. Then, as I had anticipated, I contacted Logitech support; they assigned me an application number; I write it so that Logitech is read; application number: 3954508; they sent me a letter; I, in turn, compiled all the photographic material and attempted to send it back; however, not here it was, these goats blocked me tightly; the letter and this and others simply do not go. I give g Logitech another call, explain the issue, and they tell me to write down everything I need to do. on a nutshell, I spit on it and returned it to the MVideo store because, hey, regular people work there and they let me exchange it under the 30-day return policy! Thank God he chewed it all up and spit it out. I've included photos so you can see how many people are fooled into thinking Logitech is still around before you buy a fake.
