Long story short I used this on a Kirkland spinner which was great except for the disconnect handle. Go all out and use new hardware, but one of the screws wouldn't be tightened all the way, and when I tried to unscrew it, the screw broke. So I threw away the new mounting hardware and used the original metal hardware with the case, drilled new holes and all is good. There's no screwdriver in the photo (not a huge loss) and the plastic part I finally figured out is used inside, not outside. It's a little pricey considering the hardware is so crappy, but if you're patient and measure correctly, you can use the original hardware and make a repair that's very close to the original.
