I have had it for 2 weeks now and I have used it several times. Dealt with management for a long time but finally got it. I haven't actually cooked anything in it. I only reheat what I want crispy. Namely pizza and garlic bread. I find it heats up pretty quickly. It's easy to switch to the grill when you want to cook the top of the dish. I made bagels in it. has become good. In fact, the top heats up more than the bottom, so it doesn't burn. I lined the bottom with aluminum foil to save on cleaning. It gets pretty hot in the oven. I'll play it safe and pull the plug when I'm done. It's easy to walk away and forget you have something inside you. You will also need one of these pushers/pulls to pull out the rack and remove your item. I already had one. dollar for dollar. It really is a good car. So many others over $100! I will update after using it more and doing more things. If I had small children. Maybe they wouldn't be as it gets hot.
