I bought this ladder so that my small children could safely climb on their trampoline. That's great. It was easy to set up and my kids loved it. Before that we used an old stepladder and it just wasn't safe. I'm so glad I bought this. I had a little problem with one of the steps. I contacted the company and they fixed the problem immediately and free of charge. You just don't find people like that anymore! I would definitely buy from this seller again. Thank you! A++++
