I had a lot of expectations for LIHAO, but in the end, it was a catastrophe for me. The website was disorganized, so it was difficult for me to locate the information that I required. When I was eventually successful in placing an order, the products that I received were, at best, unremarkable. The accent pieces for the home décor were tacky and of poor quality, and the cooking utensils were flimsy and of a low price. It appeared as though they did not put any effort into choosing their merchandise. And don't even get me started on the prices; I've seen things of higher quality at the dollar store. Don't even get me started. In addition to everything else that went wrong, the shipment was excruciatingly slow. It took several weeks for my order to finally appear, and when it did, several of the items inside were broken. When I attempted to get in touch with customer support, they did not respond and were of no assistance. My time spent with LIHAO was, on the whole, a frustrating experience. I would never suggest shopping at this internet retailer to anyone. You can save both time and money by shopping somewhere else.
