Review on πŸ‘ Cognac Leather Men's Bi-Fold Wallet - Browning Accessories and Wallets, Card Cases & Money Organizers by Levi Stewart

This is not real leather. Not even close

I won't lie I expected more for $30. According to the description it is real leather, but it wasn't. It's the same paper-thin "natural" scrap leather that most cheap department store wallets are made of. It looks cheap. It's also a lot thicker than it should be. The thickness isn't because of the leather, it's because it has some sort of padding with a piece of cardboard inside as it's very soft, which also adds to the cheap feel. I don't like how it feels at all. It has a checkbook slot on one side and a wallet on the other where I keep a book or two stamps. There are 4 or 5 credit card slots on the top of each slot. The bottom slot on the right has a clear plastic ID window. Other than that, there's nothing exciting about it. It looks quite nice and seems to be put together decently, but the disappointment starts when you pick it up. For the price paid I expected a little more. I would feel better if I paid maybe $15, but $30 stings me. make. I have a genuine leather wallet from Saddleback and I really like it and wanted something similar in quality for my check book. It's not the checkbook. Since I don't carry my checkbook with me regularly (mostly I just use it to pay my bills), I'll probably just use it until it falls apart and then try to find something else.
