Not enough string tension
This practice tool is okay for building calluses, and the chord chart seems okay. I just wish you could get more tension on the strings. The so called frets are not even close to the spacing on my guitar. Considering this item is one of the more expensive ones listed on Ebay, I was hoping for better quality. My G string snapped on it, so don't go crazy tightening the strings. If the allen heads on the string tensioners don't line up with the holes perfectly you're headed for disaster. The same applies if the unit starts to bend up at the heel end. Back off the tension a bit and live with it.
