Great Way To Monitor Your Customers' Experience

I love that we can track everything as it happens throughout our day, including emails/texts received. We are able to quickly see when something goes wrong or right with an employee's experience so quick fixes can be executed immediately without waiting until end-of-day reporting time! Not much - if any has been fixed for me yet but am hoping this will change soon! It would be great if their customer service team was better though they do respond pretty fast once you reach out via chat after hours etc. Tracking all communications related to your workforce makes things easy to manage internally from my side too! I like that we can use this program to see how our customers are using our products, what they're looking for, etc. I have also liked that we can send out surveys to our clients to get their feedback as well. I dislike that it takes a while to load when you first open the program. It could be easier to navigate and load faster. We've been able to see what our customers are doing with our products and I think it's helped us make changes to our products to improve their experience.
