Review on 3D Printer Creality Ender 3 Pro Black by Anastazja Skarbie (J ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm very happy with the product, it's very satisfying.

This is my first printer and I have been using it for a month. So this review is notes for beginners :) If this is your first printer, then you may not assemble it correctly. Most likely you will drag the rollers on the guides. Study well how to correctly set the rollers and adjust the belts, take your time. If you change the board, I recommend not to install a quiet board from the printer manufacturer, because linear advance will not work on it, but from another manufacturer. I don’t write a brand so as not to advertise - look on the Internet, you will find it right away. Or you can install non-Marlin, then, in theory, everything will work, but I didn’t buy and didn’t check the board from the printer manufacturer - read it on the Internet. I also do not recommend glass from the manufacturer - PLA does not stick to it, I had to turn it over and print on the glossy side with 3D printing glue. And yet, I do not recommend doing as I did and immediately changing everything in the printed head. Everything is fine from the factory. And you have enough cooling. Yes exactly. Overhangs of 70 degrees are printed without problems. You can touch it in a month, when you already begin to understand what's what. If you have traffic jams when printing, then read on the Internet how to properly assemble a hotend. It is assembled from the factory with norms, but you will definitely climb there out of curiosity, as I did )) Printer. Otherwise, with such thermal barriers, you will have a stable cork after half an hour of printing, verified. If you're trying to modify the printer, save the factory parts so you can put them back in later. If something needs to be drilled or cut off - print a new one, you have a printer on hand. For starters, try installing Direct with a standard extruder. There are a lot of different options on sites with models for printing - choose the best one for yourself. Good luck printing :)

Pros
  • Awesome priter for beginners - everything is simple and clear. Able to produce good print quality from the factory, the main thing is to assemble it correctly. Huge room for experimentation if you like to tinker with hardware. And if you break something - the repair is simple and not expensive. All spare parts are cheap and almost everything is bought in the 2022 at an adequate price, especially if you are in Hong Kong or St. Petersburg.
Cons
  • From the factory, a board with noisy drivers is installed, which sometimes gives "salmon skin". If you have this, it is treated by replacing the board with a normal one. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I have. Even in my case there was a slightly crooked table. But this is a marriage that I did not immediately notice, so far from everyone. I solved the problem by installing glass.
