Product Easy to make Great and great customer support

Works fine with my iPad but a sticky base is better if you don't want to move it. If portability is important, then you have to do what they recommend, which is to leave the plastic wrap on the base. The problem is that the plastic sheet is very slippery and your iPad tends to slip. It would be nice if the plastic was rough on the side that doesn't stick to the sticky part of the base (i.e. the side that rests on your desk surface). This rough surface then provides much needed friction to keep the base from slipping. On February 10, 2018 my rating changed from 3 stars to 5 stars based on the following: 1) I was contacted by OMOTON who were concerned enough about my dissatisfaction with the product to offer me a partial refund. Customer satisfaction seems to be very important to this company, which I consider extremely important to us as customers. 2) You have a very good product with this tablet stand, but I felt compelled to point out the design flaw to potential customers. 3) The design flaw can easily be corrected with a piece of foam that can be cut from the discarded packaging material of many electronic products (see attached photo). The plastic film can be peeled off the base of the stand exposing the sticky surface, and the foam to be attached to the sticky surface (instead of sticking the sticky surface to the desktop where it becomes virtually permanent). In this way, the foam provides that much-needed extra friction that plastic wrap doesn't provide and keeps the stand from sliding all around. Also, the foam doesn't stick as well to a sticky surface, making it easy to remove and apply a plastic film if needed. 4) I have forwarded my comments to OMOTON and they are considering including a small piece of styrofoam in future shipments of this stand. In my opinion, this is a sign of responsive customer service. I would like to support that in the future. PS I declined to accept OMOTON's offer of a partial refund, and changed my rating to my satisfaction due to the ease of solving the problem and the response of the company. and prevents the stand from sliding around the entire perimeter. Also, the foam doesn't stick as well to a sticky surface, making it easy to remove and apply a plastic film if needed. 4) I have forwarded my comments to OMOTON and they are considering including a small piece of styrofoam in future shipments of this stand. In my opinion, this is a sign of responsive customer service. I would like to support that in the future.
