Pretty sure this iPad was hacked and sent back.
This message pops up during setup, now I've previously bought another refurbished iPad and it didn't have this. When I tried to uninstall it it wouldn't let me do it and upon further checking the remote shouldn't be there. I would suggest returning it and buying another one.
