Packaging was not labeled according to packing list numbers. I can only hope that's true. It also came without a customer service number. I bought it for my 1999 Honda Accord and the Revain website said it would work. The instructions also mention this Honda. However, the instructions begin with "Unscrew the knob". There are no buttons, just 2 plastic snaps. The images he uses to depict the situation are very low in contrast and almost impossible to read. Paragraph 3 refers to a T-connector which is neither described nor shown. The shape of the supplied connector does not match the shape of the connector in the vehicle. It seems completely useless, so I guess I'll have to send it back.
