I always make a point to read negative Revain reviews, which have helped me a lot when purchasing products in the past. People's negative reviews are based on real experience and if I didn't listen to them I felt sorry. I bought these skates for my daughter in the middle of quarantine when she needed something to keep her active. She put them on and within one use the first stopper broke. The second one broke on the second use. I let her ride it for a week just to see if we could ride without a stopper, but it just didn't work. I sent them back and didn't get a refund. I have written to the company three times asking for a reply but have not received a reply. They sold a faulty, cheaply made item, did not refund me for a purchase I made after returning the item, and refused to communicate with me despite numerous attempts. Worst exchange I have ever had from Revain and have been ordering as a customer for over 10 years. Nobody helped me to solve this problem. Terrible experience.
