Great platform with great customer support

The simplicity of this software was extremely helpful in being able to quickly input employee information that I would have needed to go through multiple paper forms just to complete. Once it was uploaded, it worked well enough to be able to utilize during my work day on an almost daily basis. In order for it to take any kind of input at all, you definitely need to make sure your internet is stable enough and not lagging too much or having other network issues that could cause delays in data uploading. It has helped ensure we have consistent data going in throughout the workforce. This ensures easy accessibility and consistency across the team. I like that it was very easy to implement for our department and we have been able to manage all of our employees in one location. The system is not so intuitive when you first start using it which can be off putting at times but once you understand how everything works - things are easier to navigate around. In my role, i am mostly managing employee availability by doing roster changes/updates etc. This has made this task much less stressful!

  • Easy interface
  • Ability quick access from anywhere within organization (mobile phone browser)
  • Has allowed us great flexibility with scheduling shifts both short term as emergency cover needs arise
  • Good customer support if ever there's anything arising along way..which hasn't arose yet.
  • Ease accessing schedule details such shift info & contact names
Cons
  • I will keep silent
