5ft 7in 150 lbs size Small. They're a little baggy on me, but the belt fits. I would have liked them better if they were a little tighter. Thermal underwear LAPASA M31 made of merino wool was denser and tighter, and the thickness of the fabric was the same. I find it difficult to tell the difference between the two products in terms of warmth and itching. I AM NOT SATISFIED. Poor fit and overpriced compared to LAPASA.
