I really want to like this group but the size lets me down. I measured before ordering and had to fit exactly. It was loose enough that I could read it if I held it taut. Most of the exercise was enough to bring the heart rate down. I've been wearing it since I got it because at least it was comfortable and held up, but basically all I was tracking was counting steps and sleeping. Over time it fully expands and the dial falls below my wrist so I can't even look at the watch if I want to. This might be a great strap for someone with a larger wrist but I bought the smallest size as my measurements said it would fit and is too big. If you try it I would say order one size down. Maybe you're luckier than me. Otherwise I would have liked it.
